Accessibility Guidelines in Our Offices
The offices are located on the seventh floor of the (SIV) HaArava 1 complex in Givat Shmuel. The complex features accessible elevators for individuals with disabilities, equipped with voice announcements, Braille, and directional signs. The parking lot has a height limit of 2.1 meters. There are approximately seven designated disabled parking spaces in and near the complex. With prior coordination, parking for clients can be arranged in the underground parking lot, which includes a ramp and handrail.
At the reception desk, an attendant provides guidance to visitors, and additional directions can be obtained by contacting the office. The path to our office is accessible to individuals with disabilities. The complex includes accessible restrooms located 2 meters from the office, featuring appropriate signage and an occupied/free lock system. The entrance door to the complex is 2 meters wide and 2 meters high, with automatic doors that open in both directions.
The entrance to the office features a 1-meter-wide door that opens to the left, equipped with an intercom for contacting the office staff for further assistance. The hallways in the offices are spacious, allowing easy mobility for individuals using wheelchairs.
Guide dogs are welcome in both the complex and the offices.
Accessibility Adjustments Implemented on the Website
On the website, an accessibility toolbar of the NagishExpress type has been installed. Through this toolbar, you can access it from anywhere on the site via a floating accessibility button in one of the corners of the site. The following actions can be performed through it:
